David has advised stakeholders in a variety of matters from large multi-national businesses to small family business.
He has previously been a director of a family business and understands the nuances involved in these companies. Prior to insolvency, David worked as part of a management team turning around distressed hospitality businesses and has spent a number of years working with financial institutions in Malaysia providing solutions to their distressed loans.

Andrew draws on over 13 years’ experience as an insolvency, restructure and business advisory specialist.

Aleks Matic has over 20 years’ experience in corporate restructuring, turnaround, and insolvency, working across both formal appointments and informal engagements.
He has acted on a broad range of matters involving businesses from large corporates through to SMEs across multiple industries.
Aleks is known for delivering strong, commercially focused outcomes for stakeholders in complex and timecritical situations. His experience allows him to quickly assess a business’s position and identify realistic options with empathy and understanding.
He takes a practical, solutionsdriven approach, working closely with directors, creditors, and advisers to tailor restructuring and turnaround strategies that are achievable, compliant, and outcomefocused.
Jason Ferfoglia
Jason has over eight year’s experience within the business recovery and insolvency sector and gained extensive experience dealing with formal corporate insolvency administrations. He has a particularly keen interest in advising business operators, undertaking strategic sales and initiating recovery action.
Outside of his formal corporate insolvency career, Jason has also developed value creation skills, a deep understanding of financial analysis and assisted both buy and sell side clients on key operational risks on M&A transactions.
Jason enjoys working on complex matters and provides clear, pragmatic and commercial solutions to clients who are unfamiliar with the industry.
